When and where is the festival?

BBQ & Beer Bash will be held February 17th at Homer Stryker Field in Kalamazoo, MI. VIP ticket holders will be able to enter the fest at 1pm, while GA ticket holder will be able to enter at 2pm. The fest ends at 6pm.
What does my ticket get me?

Tickets grant you access into the festival. Each ticket also comes with tokens to redeem for a variety of different food and beer samples. Tickets also come with a souvenir cup and lanyard. In addition, there will be entertainment such as music, yard games plus more. Full ticket details can be found on our ticket page.
How old do you have to be to attend?

This is an all ages event.
Can I bring my kids to the festival?

We do allow infants and toddlers into the festival along with strollers. Children 12 and under have free entry with an adult (no sample tickets included, just free entry.) Additional tokens for samples can be purchased at the event ($2 food, $3 drinks.)
What do I need to bring with me to the festival?

Patrons will need to bring their I.D. (must be shown to gain entry into festival) and their ticket. The ticket can be presented electronically or printed.
Where do I park?

There is plenty of parking available right at the stadium's parking lot. Parking costs $10 per vehicle.
Are extra food and drink tokens available at the fest?

Additional tickets will be available for purchase at the event for additional samples ($2 food, $3 drinks each).
What happens if I don't see my ticket in my email inbox?

Sometimes tickets end up in your spam folder. Please check there. If you still don't see it, please email spencer@outliereventsgroup.com.
Are pets allowed?

Pets are NOT allowed.
Can I bring a bag with me?

Bags are allowed. They will be checked at the gates by security.
What happens if the weather is bad?

This is a snow or shine event. Check the forecast before leaving for the event. It's February in Michigan so bundle up!
What is the refund policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
How do I become a vendor?

If you are interested in becoming a non food/beverage related vendor or inquiring about sponsorship, please reach out to admin@outliereventsgroup.com All vendors are required a one token item but are able to charge more than one token for "speciality" items.
